Originally from Cuba, with ancestors from Spain, I am fluent in both English and Spanish and poses a working knowledge of Portuguese. I enjoy introducing others to the active, South Florida lifestyle my parents chose for me over 40 years ago. Having worked in the South Florida area for more than 30 years now, I am extremely familiar with my market area, which includes the neighborhoods of Aventura, Miami, Miami Lakes, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Hollywood, Hallandale, Sunny Isles Beach, South Beach, Miramar, Pembroke Pines and Southwest Broward.
Experience
With years of experience in the banking industry, including service as a loan officer, then as the closing coordinator for Avatar/Brookman-Fels Harbor Islands and Presidential Estates Developments, I was familiar with virtually every aspect of a real estate transaction long before obtaining my real estate license in 1999. Seeking a new career challenge to which I could apply strong interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills, I chose residential real estate sales. I have been privileged in earning several prestigious awards and designations throughout my career.
